Kurt, it sounds absurd to me too. Is B/N's lawyer aloud
to disclose this to MK, if so mike would he disclose it

Actually, if you remember people here said Mork's suit didn't exist. And then we found out that the company changed their name the day his suit was filed (if I remember correctly). And since the company effectively abandoned the Olympus name, Mork appears to own the name due to the "dual" registration in Washington State.

Mork apparently had to change his suit to RMIL from OVIS. Then it officially showed up.

I'm not a lawyer either. It's just what I've been told.

Kurt: Yes ..it depends on the timing of the name change. All entities
responding to the suit have to be properly addressed.
