Robert,

We have had this disscusion many times before. Insiders can not sell after a merger is announced.....so therefore, they have to sell before if they want liquidity

I agree, Robert. It doesn't sound logical. But then, no one said Mory was ever logical. -G-

Robert - Can you post the insiders' trades?

Because only certain members of the management team were likely privy to the negotiations. At least, that has been the norm in situations I have been involved with.

Robert, your question was asked earlier, I also don't understand why insiders would sell if they knew a buyout was pending? Have seen this mentioned before. Anyone? Tim, if my Ascend loss was only 8,000 I would be happy. Maybe now I'll be able to sleep some (also have Coms).
I'm one of those investors who just doesn't know how to cut losses.
Good Luck, everyone!

>>If the rumour is true, why so many insiders sold around $25 in November when they can got $35
offer? Can anyone explain this? The logic doesn't sound. Put you in the mgnt position, would you
sell at $25 if you had $35 offer. I sure hope it is true, but verify.<<

Didn't Maverick report that Mory sold some shares to
foil a takeover? I believe Maverick pointed out that Mory
joked about $100/share. So if indeed this offer was on
the table. Selling by insiders can delay it, or kill
the offer?
