Not sure when the re-appraisal took place. But the company seemed to come up with a $741,000 number at any rate. I don't know how much of that is unpaid, at any rate. It would appear they are seeking some concessions.

I did not see any concessions demanded in the Ekrhen deal, strangely enough. (wink)

I have heard it was a quality operation, but perhaps not worth the full 1.5 million.

Present management initiated a look bacfk on all their acquisitions, and wrote them down.

Thats why I couldn't understand a suit prior to it.Why would Olympus have agreed to this deal in 1995 if the equipment was worth $1m. Odd that 14 months later an apprasial was done(Jan 97)
