Hey Mike, Now that we have quasi-full disclosure, don't you find the price compelling?? To buy or not to buy.... Or better yet, to hold or not to hold.... (while the 144 stock coming off restriction apparently expands the quantity of shares in the float.) Now if we could find out how many shares are actually out there and if the company has been selling shares from an offshore account we would could have a resurrection of last April's debacle. Not sure when the re-appraisal took place. But the company seemed to come up with a $741,000 number at any rate. I don't know how much of that is unpaid, at any rate. It would appear they are seeking some concessions. I did not see any concessions demanded in the Ekrhen deal, strangely enough. (wink) I have heard it was a quality operation, but perhaps not worth the full 1.5 million. Present management initiated a look bacfk on all their acquisitions, and wrote them down. Exactly, but you are trying to blame present management for something that was not their fault, that is unfair, give them some time.
