"If this is "naive and insulting" to you, so be it."

It's not insulting to me. I think that LGE might take it as insulting. It seems to demean the commitment that LGE has made to Zenith. I assume that Koo and the others take their stewardship of LGE very seriously. Thus, they would expect to have board representation with a company where LGE holds a majority interest. I think that's a reasonable expectation whether or not they own stock personally. Not to have board representation would in my opinion mean that they are not doing their jobs properly.

Please don't take offence at my comment. I was only making a suggestion as to how your unusual crusade might prove more palatable to the powers that be. I stand by my earlier comment: Zenith is very lucky to have informed and involved shareholders like you.

"XX,000 short shares covered today, who is deceiving whom?...The shorts did give us the opportunity today to buy additional calls."

I don't understand this comment. If you're saying that I had too large a short position to cover in one day, you're correct. I started covering just after Thanksgiving and finished today. In my earlier message, it would have been more accurate to say, "I finished covering my short today."
