Thanks Michael for your anecdote. I'll call my broker in the morning. I wouldn't put it past them. But how does this explain such a widespread occurence? (Thinking out loud)

This might be worth pursuing. My broker for Osicom is NDB. Does anybody else trade Osicom with NDB? If so, have you received a proxy? I'd be interested in finding out whether there is a correlation between brokerage firms and whether or not a proxy has been received.
