My brokerages are Waterhouse and Datek. Neither have sent me a proxy as of today.

I received my proxies from my Merrill Lynch account on Thursday by priority mail. I am still waiting for proxies from my Advest account. This is the first time I have ever received any annual report and proxy by priority mail. I would think it is logical to conclude that FIBR did not distribute them as early and timely to the various brokerage houses as most companies manage to do.
