ajulius, I'm confused. First, did you know you were short or is that a surprise? If it was a surprise, was it caused by you selling a position twice due to an error on Datek's system or a broken trade that you weren't informed of? Second, did they actually take cash from you or is all this on paper still? Third, are you documenting what is happening and keeping a time line for the events? Hope everything works out, Jack Zahran
