>>>> The
March/April issue of the Journal of Computational Intelligence in Finance
had a good paper on it. The best recent publication on this
stuff in general is The Application of Neural Networks in the
Forecasting of Share Prices by Robt. Van Eyden - about $60.

...and here I was wondering why people don't invite me hang out with them in
sports bars...>>>>>>

I'm sorry Last Shadow, but that's got to be the coolest thing I've heard in a long time. In fact I think I'll learn it and casually drop it on someone the first chance I get. Especially in my business, I should be able to get some serious jaw dropping happening.

Best regards,

CJ.

PS: Would you mind posting when and if CNTR catches your attention pro or con tomorrow or Monday?

CJ.

Hey Last,

I would invite you to a sports bar as long as you were buying. Just kidding. Don't you think ASND is a short tomorrow on a gap. It may run to 30 on this news, but I don't think there is any real merit behind the takeover rumors. Without that the picture for Ascend is not pretty. 10% sequential growth...not to good.

Good Luck,

Jim

Hi Last: Nice overview of nets, next time you see Fox Muldar say hello for me. Our team was number one in the country on Friday in the CNBC student competition. They did a real number on it focusing on the learning disabilities inthe group (mine, I quess). I told the group that if we are learning disabled how come we were buying KF at 7 and 100,000 shs blocks were going by at 8 3/4.

Pattern on CNTR has changed on my screen, I'm not jumping yet, but...
I like CTHL even more today.

We'll see what the weekend work produces.
