Hi Bob. Just wanted to try and make one point that seems to be missing from the discussion. A month ago there were many who posted that even if Fonix did have superior technology it didn't guarantee future success (e.g., Beta vs. VHS). Although I don't see anything guaranteed by the Siemans deal, it does get Fonix's foot in the door of one of the largest consumer electronics companies in the world. There is no disagreement that Fonix still needs to produce (i.e. refine) the technology, but in my opinion the probabilites of Fonix being successful in the long run have increased over the past two weeks. While Stu, Mu and Du's sales job isn't finished, I'm pleased that a company like Siemans is even aware of Fonix.

For me, the question has always been whether or not the technology is as good as Fonix has said. Until recently, we only had Fonix's representation about the tech. Over the past few weeks, we have received favorable third party reviews of what Fonix is ATTEMPTING to do. Nothing is guaranteed.

Marc

Bob, if your neither long nor short why are you here? Do you feel it a need to mock Fonix for a reason. What is your interest on this thread? You don't believe in Fonix you've made that apparent so be gone. Your constant scrutiny of Fonix may lead one to believe you are short. Otherwise you would not waste such energy.
Time will tell lets leave it at that. If Fonix plummets then good job Bob, we'll pat you on the head. If Fonix goes up then people long will be happy. We're kicking a dead horse here. It really doesn't matter what either one of us say, does it? Lets just let Fonix do their thing.
