Re: lawsuit. Items of note:this is a suit over a $4k upgrade fee!!?? More important, IMO, is the fact that Thelen, Marrin, Johnson, Bridges, the most vocal and active firm on this issue, is on the side of the DEFENSE here, not the plaintiff's side. This, IMO, is a good sign.
