Gary, I think you posted that CSCC's founder "Desh" sold half of his shares at 25 recently. He didn't sell that many shares when CSCC was at its bottom 30 I think (equivalent of 43 for ASND) before the merger. So I don't think there is a buyout. The jump is Ashby and Ejabat presentation at DMG and some editing by Wall Street.
