Gary, I think you posted that CSCC's founder "Desh" sold half of his shares at 25 recently. He didn't sell that many shares when CSCC was at its bottom 30 I think (equivalent of 43 for ASND) before the merger. So I don't think there is a buyout."

PassPass,

Deshpande sold 50,000 CSCC shares on 4/22/97 for a price of 25.58 That was pretty much near the bottom of CSCC.

Before that, Deshpande sold 165,000 CSCC shares between 2/5 and 2/18/97 for prices ranging from 30 1/8 to 38 1/4.

All of this not long before CSCC was bought out at a price of about 50.

Now, at ASND, Deshpande sold 5,000 shares on 10/23/97 at a price of 34. Like his last sale at CSCC, he just sold 50,000 shares of ASND in November at a price of 25 3/8.

No way...Desh had about 580,000 shares prior to sale of 50K, leaving him 530,000. That is far from 50%...more like 5%.
