Gary, we all know that foundries are doing roaring business.
The world's largest foundry, TSMC are operating at 100%
capacities and fully booked too. In fact, TSMC alone
plan a massive 14 billion expansion plan for the next ten
years. To the Cymer Sufferer, this should warm your heart,

TSMC plans to start production in another 8-inch fab in
early 1998. And last spring, Taiwan's largest IC maker
announced a massive, $14.5 billion expansion program,
including plan to build one 8-inch, 0.18-micron fab and nono
less than five 300-mm plants over the next 10 years.

By the way, TSMC is partly owned by Philips, so all ASMLF all
the time.
