Our portfolio went negative yesterday. The other 2 and SPY all up double digit percentages.

Can we pick 'em or what?

Union Pacific Corp. (NYSE: UNP) reported Q1 EPS of $2.03, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.23 billion.

2013 Outlook: "While there is still much uncertainty in the year ahead, our diverse franchise supports our continued focus on profitable growth and business development opportunities," Koraleski said. "We're committed to providing safe, efficient and reliable service to drive greater customer value and increased shareholder returns in the future."

Oppenheimer downgraded Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) from Outperform to Perform with a price target of $95.00. The downgrade relates to concerns in Egypt. Analyst Fadel Gheit thinks Apache should sell its Egypt operations and use the proceeds to buy back shares and payoff debt.

Let's see what we can do to jazz up our portfolio when we make changes in July. Since we're underperforming, we should carefully at each stock using all the tools that we've discussed. We might want to eliminate two and add two fresh picks. Maybe we can evaluate our picking strategy and see where we went wrong.
