To all: I have decided that I do not want to be a member of the DIS Team anymore. This is not with out major sadness on my part! Doug has been a GREAT help to me in many ways!! I have learned MUCH from Doug and Thank Doug MUCH. Doug has spent MANY long hours doing what he does best, and is a true pro. Three people, Doug, Sergio and myself have spent LONG hours coming up with stocks we felt were good Long, Inter. and short term winners. I beleave we have done the best we can do. Both Doug and sergio are very great and talented people!! Like anything, a time comes when one must part ways. The time has arrived. I am sure Sergio, Doug and myself will remain good friends. I hope so!!!!! I am posting this message, half out of anger and half out of major frustration. When i cool down, maybe things will change,maybe not! Once again, Sergio and Doug are Pros at what they do. If i were to pick a TA person or a FA person, it would be these two. Come visit my new thread and say hi! Instock/Scott

Doug - RE: VOXW, thanks for the analysis, and on a long-term basis, I completely agree that it is a work in progress. In an effort to catch a "riser" at a reasonably low level, however, I looked at the downtrend line starting from the high of 10/23/97 to 11/13, then to 11/20, then to yesterday, and they are getting flatter and flatter. In other words the original downtrend defined by 10/23 and 11/13 was grossly violated yesterday, 12/04. I realize that a violated downtrend is not an uptrend, but then, at what point is it sufficiently confirmed? Like yourself, I hate buying stocks that have doubled already. (BTW, it is up today also). Further comment please? Regards, -Al
