Bob,

A few posts ago I was tempted to enter the fray in your support against Scruff's harrassment. In reading your last response to him/her, it is abundantly clear that:

1. You need no help whatsoever. Your response was coherent, balanced, and above all civil.

2. Nothing you, I, or anyone else says will prevent him/her from having the last offensive word, unless we agree 100% with his/her opinions (not to be confused with facts).

3. In my view, the only resonable response at this point is no response.

Best wishes,

HT

Bob,

Not only is the probability of a viable product greater but in my opinion the probability of Fonix being a big player is greater by their association with Siemans. I share your concerns about the number of shares, options, etc., but with Fonix's relatively low overhead, the Siemans deal could (assuming it is favorable to Fonix) easily generate enough revenue for Fonix to justify a $200,000 market cap. At today's prices, Fonix would only need a $12 to $15 million bottom line to justify it's stock price at a conservative 20 PE multiple.

I also believe Fonix's representations that deals with other mega companies are in the works. I really feel good about the OGI deal after considering the companies that OGI does research for. Bill Gates and Intel won't ignore Fonix if the technology is better than what they currently have.

As we have debated for some time, I respect your position of wanting to wait for real numbers to justify your investment. Actually, that's a sound investment strategy. I'm willing to take on more risk for the prospect of a higher return. I believe the risk is lower today than two weeks ago. That coupled with the low stock price led me to buy a few more shares. If Fonix is successful, there will be opportunity for you and others to make money. Also, don't pay attention to Scruff. I appreciate your viewpoints.
