Cheers

Thomas:

You state:
> Will there be a time when to go short mighty MSFT?

Actually I think it maybe a good time to buy MSFT (but perhaps not in the 140's but in the low to mid 130's). Dont pay any attention to the Java law suits, it is all just a game. MSFT will be dancing to Sun's every wishes soon. Microsoft will be a huge winner with:

1. Its NT (used as the middle server of choice in a thin client architecture to work with a cluster of UNIX servers),

2. Its WebTV

3. Its aggressive involvemnet with media and telecommunication industry to take a huge control over the highways on which Sun's thin client computing model will travel.

They may face a temporary slow down this quarter, but if so it will be temporary and on any decline on the price a buy will be a wise move.

As always just my humble opinion.
