yes, I heard about NT at the lower end of the server spectrum, and I think it's the way things will go. It's not reasonable to believe that SUNW/Unix will corner the whole server market low to high end.

I'm really not so sure about WebTV. At this point I kind of view it as a Gimmick thing and some years off. Everybody has a regular TV set - do we need WebTV, too? OK, maybe one day thje TV and the PC and the Web will be all one thing, but I want to see it first before I believe it - my name is Thomas :).

I can see your point 3.) about media and telecom involvement.

I would feel that if and when a EPS slowdown at MSFT should develop once, it may offer a good short term short on Java jitters and stuff and WS coming forward predicting the end of MSFT. So far, I'm really only thinking aloud.

YHO always welcome and good reflecting on.
