Gerry's humorous aside about "call TPRO and being told there's a six-week wait to back order the CD" is an excellent tactic for judging demand for a company's product. I use this tactic for companies that sell product via mail-order. Remember when it took 6 weeks to get one of Iomega's zip drives, no matter where you called? At TPRO, the more telling statistic might be how long a client sits in the backlog queue before TPRO sends out an engineering team.
