Roger,

Lots of people trying to get in on the big party it looks like this A.M.! Need to buy it below $5! Still think the new board member is all positive for the long run for BROC! Told Mike it's the most exciting news to me including the last quarterly report, for I'm still a little concerned with their lower sales and not sure the gain was that big a deal with the settlement involved!

Roger--I did a fair amount of research on KEA a while back.
Considered going long on them and IMRS. Both were serious Y2K companys with real contracts. Valuations seemed a bit high so I didn't. Big mistake on my part, they made some big moves without me. My opinion of KEA's management is high. They made very good moves in the Y2K sector and generated a lot of profits as a consequence. I would consider Keane's appearance to be bullish.
I was surprised there was as much short action as there was on BROC. Between the margin problems and the dangers of shorting a strong fundamental stock. The image of shorts as representing a canny group of investors in the market has always avoided mentioning that fringe out there that will short anything.
All the Best
Druss

Roger, thanks for the informative posts. A few questions..( I have held off asking questions as I wanted to make sure I didn't ask something that had been asked already)

1) the comparisons you did with the two competitors was interesting but do you know what the " revenue per employee" might be? This might be an interesting figure to monitor.

2) You called NetGain a "breakthrough" technology. Have you seen the new releases from the other competitors? (I think your post was pre DCI but not sure).

3) What do you think of the new entree's in the marketplace ie SalesLogix
