Yes, I see that. However, you are ignoring the fact that the link I sent is the *actual government site to apply for welfare and food stamps* (SNAP). So what if you "don't have to declare status". You DO have to have a government issued ID and Social Security Number or you CAN NOT RECEIVE ANY BENEFITS! Can you comprehend that? If someone is here illegally, they cannot get a government issued ID and do not have a Social Security Number. Therefor an illegal alien CAN NOT RECEIVE FOOD STAMPS OR WELFARE!
