Kevin, The issue is even simpler. The developing world does not give a damn about Chablis drinking California wackos and their delusions of AGW. Wrecking the US economy is like pissing in the ocean in terms to what we can do to reduce CO2 emissions. If it is going to happen - which I doubt - it is going to happen. Bob
