Z, That's bad deficit spending. It's also bad surplus spending. What's your point? This is the way government "creates jobs." It doesn't matter what is being produced, as long as jobs are "created." It should be obvious that this is unsustainable, yet this is the same sort of "logic" that pseudo-Keynesians are using to defend "stimulus" spending. The only "good stimulus spending" is the kind that gets local politicians re-elected. If that's the kind of "change you can believe in," then I want no part in this sorry charade. Tenchusatsu
