Myself and other saw it differently at the Annual Meeting. But we all have our own expectations and see things differently. Hind sight is always 100% correct. Do you know the future??? I sat a few rows behind the Directors of the Board, President of IWN and LearnStar. Jim P.S. If you are local, maybe we can get together sometime in the future.

Annual meeting. I received a copy of the annual meeting tape last Friday along with a package of information I requested. I realize that I watched the tape knowing more about the financing than those who were there knew at the time. I was looking for what they presented; how they are taking the company forward. I like what I saw about their plan for the future. I agree with the steps that have been taken. Cleaning up a company requires making hard decisions. Previous problems constrain choices. The financing has been done. I think it is now a 'take it or leave it' issue. The company is about ready for taking on the road and being promoted. We shall see what next year brings. June
