The key word being 'prefer.' You are focusing on the wrong word...the ones you need to pay attention to are "free" and " to all citizens". There is no "free" health care, and what there is certainly does not apply to "all citizens". ACA is certainly not free, some $2T of new tax revenue will be collected to pay for it. Medicare Part D, a republican initiative, is not "free", even though bush chose to not pay for it. By the way, how does that square with "conservative" values? Al
