Well the news is out. God, what a damn bunch of clowns running this show. Let's review this. GT offers an exhorbant stock deal for Micropose, far and away above what it's worth. It effectively kills the stock price cutting it by about 50%. Then they announce with absolutely no specifics given that the deal is off thus screwing investors completely. No merger, no stock price and a trite statement saying that they changed their mind. Needless to say I am a bit disappointed.
