I agree with you completely !! This whole deal has me wondering just whats going on @ GT HQ. So what if there's a 7-10 million loss, thats chickenfeed in a deal worth 200+ million. Just renegotiate the deal, Stupid !!! I can't believe MPRS said no,and then came out with that lame reason (It was the aborted merger, cried little Stevie) for an earnings warning. Sheesh, after todays announcement by MPRS, GT should be able to pick um up for $100 million by Tuesday.
According to Reuters News both stocks were held for trade after the bell. I wondering whether well go up or down on Monday, I figure both will trade down based on lack of shareholder confidence in either management team !!!!
