Cars are bigger now, safer, and more luxurious. Yes, even the cheap ones Are you nuts? Increased CAFE standards have led to much smaller, lighter cars that don't survive collisions nearly as well as those in the past. Thousands of additional deaths and injuries per year are the direct result of these smaller lighter vehicles........and adhering to these increased standards adds to the costs..........just another one of your misguided notions.........where do you come up with this stuff???
