Bullshit is right. There is no point humoring these foolish fellows. They demand that you "treat them gentle"--by which they mean we are to allow them to spout infantile nonsense to us and as well to teach it to our children and grand children and all down the line. But I do not see where or how bullshit ought to be a sacred cow. Do you?

Ancient Greeks and Romans had different moral and ethical principles than modern folks do. People tend to project current moral and ethical precepts back onto them and that's an error.
