TLindt,
To answer your earlier question about the Small Business Administration...I am a CKFR stockholder, a CKFR customer, and a recipient of SBA e-bills.
The SBA sends monthly bills to a number of people...anyone who has ever received a loan from them. Most of these loans are, of course, to start or finance qualifying small businesses. But SBA also administers all the so-called "disaster" loans. You know, when an area is hit by some sort of natural disaster and it is declared a disaster area, then the residents qualify for low-interest loans. This is where I come in. I am making monthly payments to SBA to pay back a disaster loan from about 5 years ago. They send me an e-bill every month, and I transmit my payment via CheckFree.
