That is just nonsense. The idea you think people forget learning blows my mind. That really shows me you have no understanding of how the mind works at all . The more you learn the better the mind works. And it sure as hell does not forget stuff. Once kids learn something that knowledge doesn't disappear. Any kid who goes to pre school will get a huge educational benefit over one who doesn't. The mind builds systems and files and on itself. Both of my kids went to pre school (Montessorie) and by the time they got to kindergarten they were light years ahead of the kids who did not go to pre school and set the foundation for their very successful academic life. One went to UC Berkeley and Loyola law and the other is working on three different science degrees. I feel sorry for any child who does not get a chance at preschool. One learns to relearn. In fact they have found children who lived in India for just their first year of life could learn Hindi many times easier in later life than people not born in India. You don't think kids are ready to learn at 21/2?? Good lord.
