My cost basis on KO is $37.50/sh., it's currently about $66/sh so that's a 76% unrealized gain. My INTC cost basis is $25, it's at $77 so that's right at a 200% gain. In both cases I'm including some income from expired covered calls to lower my cost basis a few bucks. But what are we arguing about anyway? My only point is these stocks have been good to me and until they are very very bad to me I will continue to hold them and will add to my positions whenever I think the time is right (and for INTC the time is not bad right now, IMO)
My turn for a question -- where are you invested that you feel you are immune from the kind of -70% bear market you mentioned?
