While this consent order is a positive step, it doesn't do much for my confidence in or respect for Bill Carraway. Be sure to read the findings of fact, about 2/3 down the documents. It spells out the unregistered stock that was issued. What do all these packages of stock and warrents do to dilute our holdings? Have all these stock and warrent issues been registered now? The stock sold to O'Brien is particularly interesting in light of the Business Week article. I hope this process was an aberation for Carraway, to save the company, and not indicative of his character. What do we know of his previous background? It is no wonder that he has people in Charleston unhappy with him! Regards, Carl
