agree. also not over valued as long as Fed QE continues to work and they can eventually take it away, slowly.... in fact, if the economy starts to take off, due to low cost energy... ... it could look damned cheap today, much as the market looked cheap in 1994. FWIW, I bought a house in 1994 and refused to sell any stocks to finance it... did 3 loans instead.... in 1995 my TOTAL INVESTMENT portfolio gained 95%.... Valuations and sentiment and time after a major bank disaster are so similar it is amazing dorks on TV don't talk about it.
