Greetings! To: All CVIA! Thread Participants! It was refreshing to see a good example of "PATIENCE" being demonstrated by the members of this CVIA thread, over the last week! We were able to stay away from "wild rumours" this week! In this regard, the members of this thread have set an example this week that can be followed by several other threads! In my several communications with CVIA Management, both via e-mail and verbal, I am getting the sense that they are working some very long hours, in order to move the merger efforts/negotiations ahead as quickly as possible! However the other part of the equation that I am getting a good feeling about is that I do not sense that the CVIA Management is moving at a pace that would risk the quality or potential value of the merger just to complete the deal quickly! I can very well imagine that the CVIA Management Team is very much aware that the CVIA shareholders, want a business transaction that will happen quickly but we also want it to be the most financially beneficial for us! I'm also of the opinion that it may be quite possible that the potential merger partner, may also sense a time of urgency or pressure, and may very well be attempting to use it as a negotiation tactic ! This is the reason that I have backed off "hounding" the CVIA Management for the last week, because my first priority for my investment is for the merger to achieve the best possible scenario available for the CVIA shareholders! ( And for this to take place, may take a little more time then we all would possibly be totally happy with!) Don't get me wrong! It may very well be that we will hear an announcement next week! ( I don't know if we will or not!) But! Now! That I have calmed myself down after experiencing the unnecessary anxiety that took place a week ago! I am now ready to settle in and wait "PATIENTLY" until Jack Arnold negotiates the best deal available for CVIA and it's shareholders! It is only my opinion, but I'm betting that the CVIA shareholders that hang in there, might just be pleasantly surprised with the longer term outcome! ( Just my own opinion! and be sure to do your own Due Diligence!) My guess also leads me to think that the closer that CVIA gets to completing a business transaction/merger , that the information flow from CVIA Management to it's shareholders will also become increasingly scarce, mostly due , I would believe to the every increasing confidential nature of the merger developments! So, personally, at this point in time, I view the fact that we are not getting any information updates, as a very positive indication that developments are working in our favour! ( But! Once again, that's just my own personal opinion, and everyone else is also entitled to their own opinions, which I respect!). I have a question for MILK? On a recent posting you asked to remove the ? , because you didn't want spammers to pick it up! What did you mean by that statement? Wishing you all a pleasant and fun filled weekend! Best Regards, Wayne J.
