What deadline is CVIA trying to beat? Does the merger have to happen before Dec 31 for the tax credit to take effect? Does anyone know when CVIA fiscal year end is? Randal.

Off Topic Wayne, spammers in many cases get email addresses by using special programs that scan newsgroups, message boards, etc and harvest these addresses. When you post an email address somewhere, and do not want this address to be picked up by such programs, you may modify it by putting some character in the middle (like I did with a "*"), or changing the "@" character to the word "at", etc. Just make sure to tell people how you changed it so that they can use it.
