froland, First, welcome to the thread. We all know that there is a very strong drive in corporate America to outsource non-core functions. At any individual company, the niche that TSIS wants to exploit is small potatoes. It's only when those those tens/hundreds/thousands (take your pick) of firms are serviced that the real power of TSIS's idea becomes apparent. If they can clone the basic service and then customise it to individual specifications, they will do very well indeed. I have no doubt that they will be forced to cut prices down the road as competition enters the field, but by that time, any decreased margins will hopefully be swamped by volume increases. Mike
