I fully agree with you, and I never suggested that carbs are inherently bad, just that I've lost all interest in high carb foods... I still like rice, but I only have basmati rice, I never eat any bread other than whole wheat or rye, I never eat potatoes other than sweet potatoes and only on a rare occasion... I'm only suggesting that a rich diet of high carb foods isn't always the best... the toxicity issue which i raised has nothing to do with carbs, it has all to do with processed foods, processed foods are loaded with all kinds of toxic substances including preservatives and numerous artificial ingredients which are not fit for human consumption... my focus is not on carbs, but on highly toxic foods...
