What joy to see a Nortonism as I turned off the computer last night. Something to ponder as Ammo and I watched Breakdown-which was a scary concept, by the way- and Thomas-our Blockbuster didn't have Horseman on the Roof. I did try.
But really, Paul, I feel you underestimate the depth of Norton and his observations -when was the last time you saw a tee-shirt with a possum on it? Now here in Texas, you'll see many with armadillos. Would that count? And I have one from Hawaii with a little lizard guy on it. I forget what it's called at the moment. And I think I've seen an iguana somewhere. And dinosaurs and sharks are the choice of most small boys between 3 and 10-until they learn about Nike. Anyway, I think Norton was quite right and very sensitive too and instead of laughing at him, you should appreciate the fact that you may be in the presence of a very great soul, one who not only notices but speaks out against the daily prejudice and inequities in tee-shirt life that most of us are too callous and preoccupied to notice. Possums have rights and feelings, too, even if they do have little naked tails. But if Norton would like a tee-shirt with an armadillo, which looks rather like the Sherman tank version of a possum, we can oblige him.
And I must say I am so glad that someone finally brought up a topic with social significance.

Well, you don't, do you? Norton is a wise man.
