Pravin,

Re: "Brian, I would normally agree with your logic, but that is exactly what all of us AMD investors
have been doing, and we have all gotten burned."

It is important to investigate and understand the technology in which
you invest ... my assessment of AMD technology is that their IC processes
are a generation behind Intel and this will force them to continue to
compete 2 speed bins behind Intel. This means much lower ASP's and yet
AMD is not a low cost producer. Until AMD proves (by shipping real product)
that they have "broken this mold", I expect AMD to head downward.

BTW, sorry to hear that you were "duped" by Brian.

Make It So,
Yousef

Does anyone know what is meant by revisions?

December what's new

Are you having difficulty with your AMD working on your motherboard?ÿ Revision B of the K6 200 and K6 233 can cause problems on certain motherboards.ÿ The latest revision is C.ÿ Be careful.ÿ This isn't a "problem" created by AMD.ÿ We are letting you know that you should follow AMD's recommendations.ÿ Going outside of their list can cause you headaches.ÿ After all, you wouldn't put an Intel Pentium on a 486 and expect is to work, would you?
