I have not recieved the proxy info, but at least now I know the name of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of TEXAS INSTRUMENTS which purchased Amati!

DSL ACQUISITION CORP

With a name like that it sounds like TI maybe looking for more DSL acquisitions. WHOS NEXT?

REFER TO THE OFFERING MATERIAL FOR COMPLETE DETAILS. This offering is due to expire on 12/23/97.

#############################################################

Very Poor, it does not state what the fee is for the tender, nor does it state they have already mailed the Offering Material, I must call and make a request. Sounds typical of my broker. I will be calling on them Monday.

Hope this helps, perhaps the rest of the shareholders will be notified shortly.

It's TI or their vendors that are slow. Brokerage proxy departments don't have the room! The sludge has to be delivered immediately to make space for the next load coming in tomorrow.

May you escape any flooding. There is some comfort in living on top of a seemingly stable hill.
