What's your call on Green Tree? Looks very familiar to me. 45% drop in price, followed by multiple class actions, then ratings on sr. debt lowered. Are they following the same chart? Inquiring minds want to know.

And, Charles, I still insist that I am not short.

I've believed you since you first said that short-selling isn't your style. I think it's a shame, as I think it would be much easier to make a fortune short-selling than waiting to buy an extremely oversold condition and holding on for the rebound. I've shorted four stocks so far -- I basically broke-even on MSFT, lost a couple of grand on CTXS, made five on AVNT, and am still holding CDRD, which is presently good for another five. So I like short-selling. Lately, every stock I pick has gone down, whether I was long or short -- so I may as well be short. If I'd had the insight that you had on CTYS, I would have been short on it.

Realistically, to check if this company is worth investing in, we should verify ... Then we will need to see what additional problem ...

How are we going to verify anything? Sodium pentathol? Chinese water torture? Hire former KGB agents to find out for us? What I mean is -- how do I say this politely -- you may have discerned from some of my earlier posts that I am somewhat disappointed with the management of this company. That is, I feel that they withheld material information from the investing public. Perhaps a few other people feel the same way, as CTYS has been hit by several class-action lawsuits. You may recall that I was surprised to learn during the recent conference call, that before I ever bought this lovely stock, the company had been so concerned over liquidity and bad loans, that they had sold portfolios right and left, without telling anyone anything about it, for months. Do you follow my point? How are you going to learn anything from people who are uncommunicative?
