Stephen..Like you I work for a living and only returned late last night from DC so I'm working at my computer this morning..which, by the way, is a luxury for me. I would like to ask you ..what is " inertia of enthusiasm for a stock"? I've just finished reviewing the charts for TCLN and it seems to me that we are approaching the uptrend line for the first time in almost a year. This stock has been technically in a MAJOR downtrend and may just about have bottomed out...could be '98 will be a better year. Now...let's hear from you, Davis..it's time for a dose of good news..A
