Is my memory faulty? I thought I remembered CHIP to be a reporting company. I was looking for their SEC filings to see where they were going to get the $1.4 million they are supposed to invest in their newest venture. I also wanted to see if they were actually earning any revenue from that wierd deal which nobody could explain they got involved in several months back. I thought their SEC filings used to be on their website. Couldn't find them either on the website or on Edgar. Did Chip go from being a reporting to a non-reporting company?
