Columbo, Let me tell you the types that work for MS. This is from 25 years of observing. Actually, I do (or did) know one of the MSFT geeks. One of the nicest young men you would ever want to meet. He graduated in my daughter's advanced placement class (twenty-five students who attended the same classes throughout HS, in a school of some 3k students). Did a 1580 on the SAT (missed a math question, which totally surprised everyone -- it may have been a 1560, I don't remember if a missed question is a -20 or -40, while a no answer is either a -10 or a -20), received a scholarship from UICU, and graduated with honors with a degree in computer engineering. No beard, no sandals, just one awesome intellect. Regards, Rich
