I bought 2 copies of Easus's Toto-backup to use on a new computer build. The online access to download my licensed copied expired after something like 10 days, which is explained to a buyer only after he has paid for it. A glitz with hardware installation made me unable to download it before that time. I emailed the company and explained what happened and asked them to extend my download deadline. Received no replay, and will never buy another product from them again.
