1) Price ,telecos and satelites can't come close to @home

2) Bandwith @home is still in a class of it's own

3) Future applications ie. on demand movies and programing requiring High bandwith , but yeilding billions of dollars in advertising revenues.

4) Time to market. 3-5 years to wire most of the US Closing out much of the competition.

5) @work & telecommuting & small business customers
