Anyway, IMHO, the IRS scandal is far more important. Using government employee thugs to scare people away from expressing their political views may not be sexy and high tech, but it is far more immediately damaging to our political culture - and to freedom.
using any government agency to punish political enemies is outrageous no matter if it is the IRS, OSHa, NLRB, or the DOJ raiding Gibson Guitars. The NSA surveillance gives them more information and a wider net. It's all evil.

That's because you are a genius whereas I'm an ignorant plonker unaccustomed to polysyllabic words and sentences longer than three grunts and a slogan: < it appears that people like me recognize better the complexities of the issue... and speak in terms of live contradictions and paradoxes. Otoh, your thinking is straightforward>

Actually, Snowden's disclosures, ethics and premises are far more important that a bit of politicking using the IRS to harass opponents. Edward is in the vanguard of the coming paradigm shift to the New World Order in which temporal barbarians oppose the Cyberspace realm while trying to harness it for their self-dealing criminal purposes. They are doomed to fail because evil can only exist once good has created value. Parasites can only live on a host, not alone.

But you are better able to explain the complexities of that paradigm shift and can speak in terms of the live contradictions of the temporal barbarians clinging to power by trying to use the tools of their own destruction. There might be a paradox there too - let me know if you spot some. Those paradoxes are subtle brutes.

If you think some IRS harassment is bad, wait until you see what Turnkey Tyranny can do to you.
