when Alito, seated immediately to Ginsburg’s left, shook his head from side to side in disagreement, rolled his eyes and looked at the ceiling ...

Wow, in an odd way, it's refreshing to know that a genuine conservative was unable to hold back or disguise his disgust for toxic leftist ideology. The left apparently no longer has a corner on discourtesy. What a shock! Not saying I am necessarily in favor of it, but we may now need to at least consider ramping up our rudeness to the same level the leftists have been exhibiting for decades (I'd say, with this Alito aberration, we've reached the first rung of the leftists' beanstalk-high ladder).

Its the USSC..........the most august court in the land. And that fat fukk decided to demean another judge on the Court because he doesn't agree with her. When will you people be house broken?

And let me add.............a liberal on the Court would not treat a conservative judge in the same manner. Unfortunately, wingers in this country are not ready for prime time.

.....unfortunately, disgust doesn't change the court dynamics..........Ginsburg will retire next year and then we will get someone just like her as a replacement. If we lose any of the conservative justices to an unfortunate illness, all is lost. It will be a minor miracle if we get thru Obama and get to replace all the conservative judges with new young conservatives. It is our only hope though.
